This is a big bore engine top end rebuild kit and machined cylinder that is compatible with your 1988-2000 Honda TRX 300 2x4 & 4x4 FW four-wheelers (this is for the Utility Model ATVs with the rack on the front and the back, NOT the race model ATVs). This kit includes: (1) New Cylinder that has been bored and honed to a big bore 6th oversize (75.5mm, .060). (2) A matched oversized piston and ring kit including piston, piston rings, pin and circlips. This ensures that when you receive this kit, everything is sized, machined and ready to bolt on. (3) A New Top End Gasket Kit. This kit includes not only the cylinder base and head gaskets, but also the exhaust gasket, both valve stem seals, rocker cover gasket, o-rings, etc. (4) A New Oil Filter With Sealing O-Rings. Sealing O-rings should always be replaced any time you rebuild your top end. You should always install a new oil filter to help insure longevity of your new top end rebuild kit. (5) A New NGK Spark Plug. (6) Three Quarts of 10W-40 Motor Oil. (7) Instructions for proper break-in procedures and cylinder preparation are included. (8) Free G&H Discount ATV Supply and Hi-Caliber Powersports Parts decals. Our kits are ready to bolt on with no modifications required. They come boxed in styrofoam and wrapped in bubble wrap for added protection.
